i got my helix and conch done today (previously got my firsts and seconds done here too) and the experience was so great!! ava did both piercings and she was the sweetest girl ever, made my visit a 10/10. would 100% recommend

Ava was amazing. She was friendly, confident in what she was doing and gave me the confidence that it won't hurt. And guess what...it was the smoothest and painless of all piercings on my lobe(3 pairs till now, one pair failed, then one side failed). There was no pain afterwards as well.

Got my nose pierced incorrectly here. I spoke with a more experienced piercer after getting it done (nose piercing). The clerk pierced directly downwards causing enormous pain and I am having issues keeping it from getting infected. FYI piercing aftercare is terrible and you shouldn’t be selling it to customers. We have known for a long time not to clean wounds with alcohol and to use iodine or saline. I would think a franchise with multiple store would know this and would also teach their staff how to pierce properly.

I got my daith pierced by Ava today and it was one of if not the best piercing experience i’ve had. She was so nice and so obviously knew what she was doing. Only complaint is the prices and how they are a little misleading, but all in all it was a great experience. Ava if you see this thank you so much!

I got my seconds done at Skinkandy and i’m an anxious person and my piercer Ella was amazing at keeping me calm. Kudos to her and her team. Ella was amazing at explaining what my aftercare would be as well as what earring would be best suited to my sensitive skin. I cannot thank her enough!! definitely going to be a return customer

Ella pierced my eyebrow today BEST PIERCING EXPERIENCE EVERRR!!! I have had some bad experiences with piercers, I have a pretty high pain tolerance but was a bit scared to go today after having my septum pierced wrong at the same location. She was very reassuring and was deffo the vibes. The piercing did not hurt AT ALL I STG, especially when the jewlerry was put through. Totally slays at her job give her a raise. 🫶🫶

I was booked in for a bar change on the date of piercing, arrived today (after driving 45minutes for the appointment) to have the bar changed only to be told that it was too early to change the piercing. I get that mistakes happen, my problem was that staff were rude and unhelpful despite it being their error in booking the follow up appointment. Disappointing customer experience and won’t ever use this service again.
