We came in with two children with no booking and were met with kindness and patience. They accomodated both children, one after the other, with 2 piercers for each child. It was such a smooth experience and their level of professionalism was admirable. Very glad I chose this store to have my 4 year olds and 10 month old babies ears pierced.

The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Very professional and explain everything in detail. I have had many piercings done here and never had a problem. Any questions or concerns I have had in regards to the piercings were always handled very professionally and without any drama. They are always willing to make sure everything is healing well and checking to make sure every new piercing is healing properly.

Didn’t get any piercings done here but this spot may be my next based solely off the service alone. Came in because I took out my fourth lobe earring (I thought it was fully healed) after it being pierced for 3-4 months from a different shop and I could not put back in my earring. I tried to put it back in myself but was unsuccessful. Emily was quick to check it out and helped me put back in the earring with ease. Thank you so much again!

Had a great first experience at this SkinKandy, thanks to my piercer Nat . She is very skilled and made getting four piercings in one sitting feel smooth, quick, and far less painful than I was expecting. She took the time to assess my anatomy and helped me choose jewellery that would both heal well and look great long-term. I’m super happy with how everything turned out. Had such a wonderful experience with Nat and will definitely be coming back again! This was my first piercing that wasn’t my ears, and I was a bit nervous about my anatomy since I was rejected at another shop. I went to Skinkandy for a second opinion, and the lovely ladies there recommended a floating navel instead, explaining everything really clearly 😊 The piercing was painless and Nat was quick with the job. I felt very comfortable and well-informed throughout the whole process, and her trainee was an absolute doll as well who made sure I was served despite having a lot of people in store! 🧸❤️
