I walked in without an appointment and was able to book in for a bikini wax without waiting more than a few minutes. Jodie was really friendly and professional and I was really happy with the wax she gave. I wouldn't hesitate going back again and would highly recommend Essential Beauty's waxing services.

I would give them 10/10 stars if I could. From booking the appointment to arriving, they were very accommodating. I am a first time mum so everything is new to me and scary. They explained everything to me in great detail how to take care of the piercing and was very gentle with my baby whilst doing the ears piercing. Very happy with the service and my 6 month old baby didn’t even cry that much after it was done. Baby got a little teddy bear and a brave certificate after for any mums who like to have a little keepsake for their little ones. 🥰🖤🩷

I went to get my 3rd lobe piercing and customer service was great, nice staff and very helpful. Everything they used to pierce my ear seemed professional, but it has now been 8-9 weeks and I still have very sensitive, crusty piercing, even though I have taken great care of it. Not only that but I now have a flared up keloid on the back of my piercing. Don’t think I’ll be going back for a piercing, but can’t judge on their eyebrow and eyelash side of their business.

I used to suffer from intense chronic migraines until I got both daiths pierced. I'm not great with needles at all, but Claudia was so helpful and lovely on both occasions, talking me through every step calmly and explaining the aftercare thoroughly. The migraines have gone and the piercings are now a conversation starter with friends. Could not have had a better experience 🙂

I’ve been coming to Essential Beauty Penrith for nearly two years now. The ladies are wonderful and friendly, and make me feel comfortable as I’m having my treatments. I think they’re also affordable with pricing so having multiple sessions is feasible.

Had my 4yo ears pierced here. Booking/piercing process was straightforward, but there wasn't enough information provided to me as a parent nor any info given to my daughter. Not much was explained about the procedure or post-care, everything was done quickly - in and out. It was a bit dissapointing to be honest and I wish we have gone somewhere else. Edit: just fyi: the team hasn't been in touch to discuss.

I have been here twice in the last two months to have a waxing service done and Jodie is nothing short of exceptional. She is kind, patient, informative, thorough and her bedside manner is top tier. Thank you Jodie. You are an absolute gem
