Essential Beauty Colonnades

I’ve had my ears pierced by Claire multiple times now, and I honestly wouldn’t go to anyone else. She’s amazing at what she does—so professional, knowledgeable, and makes the whole experience so comfortable. She’s incredibly gentle, explains everything clearly, and takes the time to make sure the placement is perfect. Everything has always healed really well thanks to her advice. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality piercings. Thanks again for another great experience!

I had a wax with Shaylee at Essential Beauty Colonnades and she was fantastic. She was really attentive, friendly and professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The wax was not sore at all, especially compared to other experiences I have had elsewhere. I really appreciated her care and would definitely recommend her. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I’ve had multiple piercings by Shaylee, and both Claire and Shaylee have done my waxing. Both have been professional, quick, and talked me through the process. Have recommended to other friends who have also came in for waxing. Definitely a regular customer now ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 stars! The team at Essential Beauty were so helpful when my helix piercing fell out. They got it back in quickly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Really appreciated their care and professionalism!

Always see Shaylee to get my waxing she does such an AMAZING job. Highly recommend her to everyone I know!

I recently had some waxing done with Shaylee. She was absolutely amazing. She was quick but gentle and made the experience really enjoyable. Thankyou for the laughs.

My daughter booked in our granddaughter for ear piercing and was unable to do it so we took her in. (Grandparents) We were 10 mins early and advised it needs to be a parent with ID and Medicare details. So we organized her father to attend to leave work at extreme inconvenience. He was going to be there 5-10 mins after appointment time. We were then told that would be no good as they are fully booked with next appointment at 11. Massive sign on wall. WALKINS WELCOME. There was nothing welcoming about the girl at the counter. Every solution we came up with she down abruptly. Merry Christmas essential beauty and thankyou for your customer service. NOT.
