I was pierced by Alyssa, and she was excellent. I got my belly button re-pierced, so there was some existing scar tissue from my previous piercing. Alyssa did an amazing job navigating this, making me feel reassured throughout the whole process. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the venue was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I went in today to have my seconds in both ears and the other side of my nose done (I’ve already got the right side and my septum). Tayla did my piercing and she was incredible. I didn’t have a booking but only waited 10-15 minutes from walking in to being pierced. Whilst I was waiting I saw Tayla talking with both other customers and other team members. She was super friendly and approachable which instantly put me at ease. There were lots of people in the studio and she greeted everyone as they entered and managed to juggle numerous clients leaving everyone attended to. When it came to doing the actual piercings, Tayla considered not only my anatomy but also the other piercings on my nose and lobes to ensure it was all evenly placed. She talked me through the whole process which meant I was prepared for the painful part and aware of what was going on and having not had a piercing in 10+ years, I really appreciated the calm and friendly energy. The piercings look so great and I’m so pleased with them. I already can’t wait to go back. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for piercings. Absolutely 10000000/5 experience.

All staff were so lovely & helpful throughout choosing my jewellery & the piercing process itself. Jay was fantastic! He was extremely thorough & made sure the positioning was perfect, making sure I was happy & comfortable. I barely even felt a thing!! Will definitely be coming back soon!!

Ally was my piercer and so calm and friendly and answered my questions thoroughly. So happy with placement and my new industrial piercing looks sick! Highly recommend Ally to anyone wanting quality, professional service. Thank you Ally, I'll be back!

extremely nice staff, they were nice and supportive although the reason i’m giving 3 stars is because they messed up on my piercings BADLY… 😭 I was genuinely so excited but both my cartilage piercings were done so horribly wrong on angles and caused severe damage to the area due to the irritation. Maybe only go here for simple piercing such as lobes 🙂

Went in and got two cartilage piercings today by Anastasia. She was so helpful and took her time with me, I can’t recommend her enough! Amazing service!

Took my daughter today for a scheduled appt for navel piercing. Unfortunately the booking system was down and they were a fair bit behind in time. We had to wait an hour. This is the only 'bad/inconvenient thing' I can say. Eventually we get seen and due to my daughter's anatomy she needs to wait for the navel piercing. I found the lady who explained it to be highly professional, knowledgeable and very reassuring. The fact that they are ethical enough to not take your money and do it anyway; they've won a customer for life!! We will be back when her navel allows the piercing. Super wonderful people despite the delay and amazingly clean and efficient.
