Off Ya Tree Morayfield

I visited the Morayfield store on the 12/5/26. I was served by Sharna, I bought a couple of items. I was absolutely blown away with her energy and enthusiasm. She was more than happy to show me multiple items. Nothing was too much for her Even though my daughter’s piercing was not done there, she offered for me to bring my daughter back in if we had any issues, and she would fit the stud. Hours later we returned to a full store with both ladies helping multiple people. Even though they both had their hands full they both still acknowledged us and said they would be with us soon. While my daughter was getting her jewellery fitted, Jaye helped me out with a couple of questions. She was amazing showed me the item I was asking about and was extremely Knowledgeable and told me all about it. I regret not getting the piecing done here at off ya tree. This will now be the only place I will come for piercings and jewellery. I was completely blown away by both Girls. They were both happy cheerful and enthusiastic. It was clear to see they were very hard workers, loved their job and wanted to be extremely helpful to all customers. These days it’s very rare to find such helpful, happy staff members. Today was my first time in the store, but definitely not the last. I 100% recommend Of Ya Tree for any piercings and jewellery.

Had such a great experience here! Andy, the manager is so kind, made me feel super comfortable, and explained everything really well. honestly the best piercing experience I’ve had, highly recommend!

Called up this morning regarding a piercing review. The man on the phone had told me to come in anytime; understandably there would be a wait time. So I waited an hour as she said come back at four, I came back. Waited an hour. The lady at the desk said come back at 5 we are booked. Even though she saw me come in at 3 and wait all that time. I’m not waiting 2 hours when she told me to come back at 4. Ridiculous and rude.

I recently got my septum pierced here, the guy did a good job and I would recommend him for that. However the ball Fell off the next day - I rang and they said Come in an hour, I was then made to wait 2.5 hours. I had to chase them up almost force them to take my number then they both went on lunch before seeing me. Locking me out of the shop to wait. I understand they may be busy but don’t tell me to come down and then fob me off. DO NOT RECCOMEND FOR SERVICE

Andy definitely knows what he is doing, he has a lot of knowledge and was able to answer any questions amazingly. He was very reassuring for my daughter and very professional. Overall the shop was a really comfortable atmosphere and very welcoming.

Went here for my first ever piercing (bridge) after hearing good things. Andy, my piercer, was an absolute legend and was super thorough with me and checked in with me through the whole process. I felt really safe and welcomed and I highly recommend this place for anyone getting their first piercing <3

Out of all the places I have got my peircings done this is by far my favourite. All the staff as lovely and the guy who peirced me with the blonde hair always has a way of making me feel safe and comfortable. I got my eyebrow done in May this year and my septum done yesterday. Everything is so clean and sterile and my eyebrow healed so well eith the after-care spray that I was provided. The ladies out the front (the one with the Wednesday tattoo in honour of her cat which is so sweet and the girl with the fridge and semetrical peircings) are so welcoming and kind and I find it easy to get allow with them. I love the discounts that are usually on and I 100% recommend this place for anyone going to get a peircing, especially for people who get anxious easily like I do. My peircer even showed me how to hide my septum so my parents wouldn't see which is very kind and understanding of him.
