Thank you to Izzy and Nick for making my daughters' ear piercing experience a calm, fun and (as far as possible) painless experience. Izzy was particularly great with my very nervous 12 year old and took a good deal of time to get the placement right with both girls. Good range of piercing earrings and the Inverness system they use is great - a massive improvement on the old fashioned ear piercing method! The online booking system worked well and they responded quickly to confirm the appointment. Highly recommend 👍

my experience at unicorn was amazing, my piercer was Elijah. he was genuinely the coolest, chillest sweetest piercer ive ever had and he was so comforting to be around i wasn’t scared at all. he was so calm and kind. his service was so amazing i’m 100% going back for and other piercings. Had both my nostrils pierced by Kirddy about a month and a half ago. She made sure they were even and was super nice. My friends and family have also gotten piercings here and never had a bad experience. I came back a few weeks later for advice on the irritation bumps and got great advice that worked very well 😼

I got an industrial piercing today. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the piercer’s name. But the guy with dark hair who did it was amazing - very friendly, careful, and attentive. He made the whole process smooth and everything went perfectly. I’m absolutely thrilled with the result!

Absolute horrendous. The lady is rude and unkind. She was getting furious on deciding pierce spot.. and she did not explained what she was doing. In the end, she just pricked my nose and then took off gloves. No communication, nothing. My nose was dripping blood and she didn’t even wipe it and asked me to leave. I turned around and asked myself that pierced spot is bleeding and she said go to Coles. She was really rude and somewhat agitated

I got my piercing done by Yujin today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The piercing was done quickly and smoothly, and the result is perfect.
