Had my helix pierced today and absolutely loved the experience. The earring quality is luxurious and beautiful! you can really tell it’s premium. Huge shout-out to Kerin at the Brisbane Queens Plaza store. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and explained everything in detail, which made me feel so comfortable and genuinely cared for, not just like another number. I’m obsessed with my new earring and already looking forward to getting more in the future ✨💎

Excellent experience - the first time I've had any piercing with no dramas! I had planned on a lobe and helix piercing, but after talking with Kerin, I decided otherwise. She's the first piercer I've seen that's taken the time to really look at my ears and provide professional advice. She was patient and pleasant to talk to. I’m honestly so impressed and happy with my experience at Covetear! I got my helix pierced here around 18 months ago and it healed so quickly and perfectly — no issues at all, which has never happened for me before. The whole process was smooth, professional, and super informative, and everyone there was lovely. I’ve had problems with every piercing I’ve ever had (constant infections and rejection) and can’t wear titanium, gold plated, gold vermeil or silver — so getting pierced with solid gold for the first time has been a total game changer. I recently got three new piercings (conch & two stack lobes) done with a curation and my piercings and the curation turned out beautiful and love it so much. Shout out to Kerin she did a fantastic job and was not only helpful but really friendly too.
