Absolutely loved my experience at SkinKandy today! There were honestly more people in that shopping centre than where I live 😂 and I was feeling pretty overwhelmed, but the team were all so lovely and made the experience really comfortable. They were busy af but still managed to fit me in to get my thirds done, which I really appreciated. All 4 staff working were genuinely delightful, super friendly and welcoming even while flat out. Courtney did my piercing and was amazing - talked me through everything, gave me advice on what jewellery would work best for my helix, (& changed it for me) and patiently put up with my nervous rambling 😂 The whole vibe was just really comfortable and professional. Will definitely only be going to SkinKandy stores from now on 🖤

Honestly pretty disappointed with my visit here this morning (Sunday 5 July). It was probably not long after the shop opened that three of us came in looking to get a few piercings, including my daughter who wanted to get her first ear piercings. The staff member who there was extremely rude about it and told us that we would HAVE to make a booking and that she could not do my daughter’s ears. No further help, information or even follow up questions about my daughter and what she would be comfortable with, not even to tell us if she had available appointments that day. We immediately left and felt we would not have been comfortable to be pierced by her anyway due to her attitude. Out of curiosity we did jump online to check if they had bookings available for the three different piercings we wanted, not only could we book for all of our needs, but there were about 20 appointments available throughout the day. We ended up going to SkinKandy in plenty valley (yes we did make a booking) and the staff there were amazing and lovely.

I had such an amazing experience getting my helix piercing done by Courtney. From the moment I walked in, they were beyond lovely and made me feel really comfortable and looked after. They explained everything clearly, kept the whole process super professional, and the piercing itself turned out absolutely perfect! I did end up fainting afterwards, and they were so accommodating and kind about it. They made sure I was okay, didn’t rush me at all, and handled the whole situation with so much care and professionalism, which I really appreciated. Overall, such a great experience. I’d definitely recommend getting pierced at Skinkandy Melbourne Central if you want piercers who are professional, caring, and really good at what they do. My helix looks perfect and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Shoutout to Ella! (or ellie?) the worker with the curly blonde hair lol. They were absolutely amazing at helping me pick out the right jewellery for my eyebrow piercing! Really kind, sweet, and went in depth about all my options for purchasing jewellery. Gotta leave a good review because i know working retail in the CBD can be exhausting sometimes, but Ella was amazing!!

I had a great experience with Jay. My nose piercing had almost closed up, and he took the time to carefully try to reopen it rather than rushing the process. He was extremely patient, kind, and reassuring the entire time. Even though it was a tricky situation, Jay handled it with professionalism and genuine care. I’m very grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him.

My sister and I were both booked in for ear lobe piercing and a helix each, although we had to wait past our appointment time the exceptional customer service and care that we received far outweighed that. We were attended to with care and full attentiveness. We were not rushed through the process of proper protocols and jewellery selection. Upon going in the piercing room I was truthful of my anxiousness and tendency to fainting. Thanks to past Surgeries and IV trauma. Tommi allowed me to bring my sister in for comfort and reassurance which I beyond appreciated. When she saw I had a tendency to faint and I was booked for ear lobes she asked for Rikki to take over with his precision of doing ear lobes lying down. Rikki, I cannot thank you enough for your patience, support, understanding, magnificently awesome pedanticness of attention to detail and your utmost unwilling duty of care. You were wonderful in making me have the best experience possible with all my complications. You were truly amazing and I can’t thank you enough for my amazing piercings and exceptional customer service. Thank You!!!!

Got my industrial and my seconds done here. Bit of a wait but it was well worth it!! Ricky was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had and was clearly very experienced in his craft! Would definitely recommend :))
