We had such a lovely experience with my daughter’s first ear piercing. A huge thank you to Laura and Kat for being so patient, gentle, and caring. They made my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything so well, making the whole experience calm and special. Fabulous experience at Maria Tash. I got my second earlobes pierced, and the piercer (Cooper) was incredibly kind and friendly. Placement was discussed and measured, and it's absolutely perfect! Got compliments about it. It's healing expectionally well and barely hurt. The overall store service and staff were a 10 out of 10. I will definitely get new jewelry there once the piercing has healed!

The ladies at the front were so kind checking me in and showing me the options for my helix piercing. Lovely to chat with and gorgeous pieces. Cooper (piercer) was fantastic - very knowledgeable, thorough, and had great attention to detail, making sure markings etc were placed correctly before starting, letting me check, and answering my questions after. Facility was clean and left me feeling confident I was in the right place. I’ll be back for more!

My daughter had her ears pierced here five weeks ago and I had a nose piercing done with Connor. Initially we had tried some other places, but didn't really feel welcome. After reading the reviews I decided to take her to the mecca location and couldn't recommend enough!! My daughter had her ears pierced years ago (with guns at a chemist) and they never healed properly and were a little off centre. Connor was exceptional in his attention to detail and his ability to put my daughter at ease with his respectful and inclusive attitude was just brilliant to see. Neither of us have had any issues with healing and I'm not surprised as the whole process was exceptionally clean and transparent. Really grateful for the fun and positive experience!

An exceptional experience with Cat at Maria Tash Bourke Street. I visited yesterday with my daughter and, after initially speaking with a couple of assistants, Cat stepped in to assist us. From our first interaction, she was calm, attentive and impressively knowledgeable. She answered every question with clarity, helped us visualise different piercing combinations and, when invited to suggest options, offered beautifully considered ideas that aligned perfectly with what my daughter was hoping to achieve and left with 2 piercings instead of the 1 she came in for. Cat approached the process with remarkable care and patience. She took significant time with placement, making precise micro adjustments and checking in continuously to ensure my daughter felt completely comfortable and confident before proceeding. She also has an exceptionally light touch in every sense the piercings were barely felt, which speaks volumes about her skill and experience. The care she demonstrated in the piercing suite was exemplary and her professionalism throughout was of the highest standard. The aftercare guidance was thorough, thoughtful and delivered with genuine care. Cat is gracious, kind and highly skilled, and she represents the Maria Tash brand impeccably. We left feeling completely confident and genuinely delighted with the experience, and we will absolutely be returning.
