Best piercing experience - took my daughter to have her ears pierced. The staff explained each jewellery option and the procedure involved. Detailed info on needle free and needle piercing. Can not thank them enough for their professionalism and care. Definitely the best salon for children’s piercings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came into the Melbourne central store as a walk in to ask a few questions about getting a helix piercing and I cannot fault the kindness and professionalism that all staff have, they are willing to answer any silly question that I threw at them and gave me the guidance I needed to know that ill be in the safest position moving forward. Once I am back in Melbourne I will 100% be back to get a piercing done! The selection of jewellery is gorgeous too! Plus they have a 2 for $80 piercing deal which is a no brainer in my opinion Thankyou again girls See you in a few weeks 🙂

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the healing process and aftercare thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable. I had my belly button, helix, conch, and tragus piercings done here, and I had a great experience.

I had such a great experience at Essential Beauty Melbourne Central getting my eyebrows waxed. Kate was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable straight away. I am writing this review in hopes that someone looking for a regular waxing place finds it. I have lived in Melbourne CBD for roughly a year and really struggled to find a reliable waxing place with a beautician I felt comfortable with (for context I get Brazilian + underarms). I tried a few different places but nothing compared to my first session with Molly. She communicated clearly, provided flawless service & talked me through the benefits of regularly waxing and made it so easy to schedule my follow up. I never booked anyone or anywhere else after this. She made me so comfortable and consistently had me leaving with a clean wax EVERY DAMN TIME. I am writing this review with sadness in my heart as I am moving away from the city and won’t be able to see her regularly anymore, but with that being said, if I am ever in the city again and needing a good wax with excellent service, I will be hunting Molly down again. 10/10 recommendation for waxing.

this place was ridiculously expensive and the pricing is not properly quoted beforehand. the online booking says $90 with jewellery included. but ended up paying $180 total for 2x ear piercings. felt totally ripped off as they did not communicate this pricing beforehand and only after you are in the piercing room. the staff breathed down your neck and force you to purchase their aftercare products or numbing cream at a ridiculous price. and they keep asking and asking even after you say no multiple times. and the piercing staff is not as professional or careful with the piercings compared to other places and it is so painful and still is after one week. i did not feel comfortable getting a piercing here at all and never again. i don't usually leave reviews but your money is better spent elsewhere as they do it for half the price and a way more professional job, and looking at other reviews it seems that a lot of people feel the same way. a total rip off.

I had my 2nd earlobe piercing done by Anna. She did an amazing job with both the piercing and just hyping me up XD. I’m very pleased with my experience and will come back for another piercing 🫣
