SkinKandy Macarthur

i got my eyebrow jewellery downsized here. prior to this, my piercing had no issues ever. the piercer had no gloves on, didn’t wash her hands, and didn’t clean my eyebrow area. i would have let it slide but my eyebrow has been consistently infected with a bump for the last 3 months due to this, despite me cleaning it twice a day with antiseptic. this incident is especially disappointing as i’ve had good experiences here, but this one interaction makes me very hesitant to come back

Popped in today last minute today for a quick piercing and had the best experience with Banjo and Skye! They both went above and beyond to help make me feel comfortable and were very helpful. Definitely recommend visiting these ladies if thinking of getting a new piercing!

The girls are Skin Kandy MacArthur square are amazing! Banjo is so friendly, knowledgeable and always takes good care of my friends and I when we get pierced. Won’t go anywhere else ☺️

I had a great experience with Banjo, she was very professional, explained everything, I will definitely be going back for more piercings. I highly recommend 👌

Banjo and Tiana were so kind with helping me fix my earring. I somehow broke the hinge when I put it in my ear blindly and they only laughed at me a little bit (very warranted). They awarded me with a certificate of bravery because they were impressed that I somehow did that to myself. Will definitely be coming back!!

My 16yo had her ears pierced here last year and they did a fantastic job. Unfortunately she developed a cyst on one ear - not related to the piercing site - and had to remove the earring. Once fully geared she returned to have it repeirced. She was charged $90 and the new piercing does not line up with the other ear. Very disappointed.

The girls there were beautiful, very lovely. They helped me pick my jewellery and the actual piercing procedure was great. They did a great job, very accommodating, gentle and super quick. Would recommend 10 times over 🤍
