april was fantastic!!! talked me through the whole process and waited until i was comfortable. Before piercing she made sure she got the right spot to a tee and took her time finding it which i honestly appreciate more then them just going full send. would recommend her over and over again. such a cool soul !!! #aprilfanclub i’ll be back!!

I recently got my navel piercing done by Liv, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly sweet and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. the piercing itself was done quickly and with great care. Writing on behalf of my daughter’s experience as my last visit here was terrible. My daughter got her navel pierced & we had an amazing experience with manager Kristen. She was attentive, helpful & kind. Her communication skills were great, informing us on the procedure & answering all my questions. Had the best experience with Kristen this morning, getting my conch and flat pierced. I trusted how she placed them with my other ones and couldn’t be happier with how it looks. She was so lovely and made me feel relaxed even though I was terrified at first. Highly recommend!!!

Today I had a helix piercing. April was a fantastic clinician-very informative before the piercing, gave me good advice about cartilage piercings and clearly told me about after care. She also informed me about the Skin Candy Club birthday voucher & made sure I had piercing spray as well. I’ll definitely be going back to her for the next one.

Absolutely delighted. Very friendly atmosphere when I walked in. Liv took me straight over to what I requested, made the sale and even helped me put my nose stud in. Great service and all the staff were very friendly. ***edit*** I actually lost the nosering I bought in a nose blowing incident and had to go back in to replace it. I was served by Liv again and she was every bit as helpful as she was last time
