Had my septum pierced again recently 30/05/2026 at 10:00 am ( didn't get the woman's name ) Wonderfully experience though. She talked me through each step to ensure I understood the process, was very gentle, friendly and professional , I'll be going back in the future

My daughter and I went to SkinKandy and got matching floating navel piercings. The staff were all lovely and accomodating. Lauren was great and explained everything with a lot of detail so we understood exactly what she was doing and when she was doing it. Lauren gave alot of information and explained all the aftercare. My daughter and I went in for a traditional naval, but Lauren had a great knowledge of anatomy and explained that it would be better if we got a floating naval piercing. Excellent service from Lauren and the crew and we are so happy with our piercings.
My daughter got piercings here today, they were fantastic, so reassuring. One of the girls even went in the hold her hand. We will definitely be going back again! Highly recommended
The studio is very clean and hygienic, and they use high-quality jewelry, which I appreciated. The piercer seemed friendly and professional. However, I found that some of the piercings I had done were not ideally placed or angled, which affected how they sit on my ear. Also, I was given aftercare supplies automatically, even though I already had my own at home. The cost was quite high considering these issues. Overall, if you’re new to piercings and want a clean, friendly studio, it’s fine—but if you’re experienced and particular about placement, I’d recommend discussing angles and placement carefully beforehand.
Such a wonderful experience at SkinKandy. Everything was very clean & hygienic, all stuff members were super friendly. Jess did an amazing job with my two piercings, highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back 🙂
