I got my tragus pierced on the 6/12, the customer service was very welcoming and kind throughout. There was a little trouble with my ear being small therefore harder to put the jewellery in but Ella got it without causing much discomfort. The only suggestion I have is to use slightly longer flat-back posts to better accommodate swelling as mine is already sitting quite tight against my ear, which makes cleaning a lot harder as well as the concern of it getting embedded. I’ll definitely keep an eye on it, but so far it looks okay. If all continues to go well, i’ll be back for more. Thank you!

Got my tragus, flat and belly done by ella, super lovely and professional!! the only downside is the jewellery choice the bars were slightly too small which made it hard to clean and the shape of the stud was a cone shape, which i personally found caused some irritation since it causes the jewellery to sink in causing some pressure! belly piercings was done with a short bar aswell but i changed it to a longer bar since it was very easy to take out, otherwise i would of gone back to get it changed to a longer bar if i couldn’t get it out, which i found a little strange since normally changing a piercing for the first time required you to go back since they are normally tightly screwed on. Overall the service was amazing and quite welcoming!

I had a great experience at this piercing store. Ella was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The studio was very clean and hygienic, which made me feel comfortable and safe. I’m really happy with my piercing and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and caring service.

This lady was so helpful she didn’t charge me anything at all to help me remove a rook piercing that 3 other places COULD NOT REMOVE. It took less than 2 minutes and was completely painless. 10/10 would recommend

don’t go here if you want an infected ear! The piercer got a bunch of my hair in my fresh piercing and then briefly attempted to get it out and seemed worried about it. She sent us off without saying anything about the extra hair caught around the earring. I got in the car and my friend sanitised her hands and tried helping get the rest off, but we couldn’t get it bc the piercer made it more caught when she tried removing it. A few weeks later my ear completely rejected the earring. it popped right out and closed over instantly. it had a huge ball of pus and wouldn’t stop oozing. I will never get pierced here again or recommend it to anyone.

Three weeks later and my conch was swollen that much I had to go to another piercing place to have it removed. When they removed it they discovered the bar it was pierced with was tiny and didn’t allow for swelling. Needless to say, avoid if you can!
