Had four piercings done today with Becky! Thirds on both lobes and a double helix. She was absolutely amazing, explained everything and was overall great through the whole process. I will 100% be coming back for all future piercings. Everyone I spoke to was also very kind and friendly, both over the phone and in person. I am very happy with my piercings! Thank you 😀

Came in today for a last minute appointment with my mum and the place was soooo busy! Andy and Maddy were both amazing, so patient and friendly, and handled the high volume of customers like absolute champs. Thanks again team for your kindness and professionalism. We’ll definitely be back! 🙂

I’m not one to usually write reviews, but I was very pleased with the customer service I received today with Maddy! I came in looking for a new nose jewellery as I had lost mine, and Maddy had been so patient with me as it was difficult to find the right size. Not only that, but she took her time when placing the jewellery back into my nose after test trialing many times, not once did she make me feel like I was taking up her day. There was another customer in the store aswell while Maddy was busy helping me, but she didn’t hesitate to great them, and ensure they didn’t feel unseen. Thank you!

Had my helix done with Maddy and she was so accommodating and kind!! She thoroughly checked over my ears for a suitable helix placement which put me at ease. Will definitely be back in the future!!

Honestly I would come (will be coming in the next week) again to get my ears pierced. Really loved Dex when she pierced my conch to match my other one. Super lovely to chat to 😀
