I had my nostril piercing done here and had a great experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely impeccable, from the warm welcome as soon as I arrived to the piercing itself. Austyn was very professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly before starting, was extremely clean and hygienic, and took the time to answer all my questions. After the piercing, she also gave me clear aftercare instructions and helpful advice. Highly recommend this place!

After hearing a lot of good things about Opal Heart, I decided to give them a try and it was the best decision I've made! I went there for the first time to get my septum done in early January this year and although I was very nervous, Jackson was very knowledgeable, attentive and experienced. I felt at ease and excited throughout the whole appointment, which was unexpected haha. In the end, the piercing was done amazingly. I recently went back to get my nostril done and Jackson did an amazing job again! I'm genuinely in love with these piercings and I highly recommend Opal Heart for both newbies (like me lol) & piercing veterans! 🙂

Highly recommend Opal Heart for all your shiny metal and piercing needs in Perth. Absolutely wonderful, professional staff with all the credentials and top tier shop in terms of location, hygiene and services offered. Not to mention a dazzling selection of high quality jewellery. I recently retired a 10+ year old dermal (😭) and was provided prompt professional advice from Joeltron when I sent an online late night enquiry and was very well looked after by the lovely and steady hand of Austyn when it came to the removal process itself. It was a total breeze! Thanks Opal Heart! I wouldn't go anywhere else in the world and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone out there looking for a new piercing or professional advice on their current set ups. 10/10

I got my septum done here just over a week ago, my piercer was Joel the owner and he was really helpful and explained how to use the aftercare properly. The shop is amazing, the environment is great, and all the staff are really nice. My piercing was done in like 20 minutes and was super clean, I definitely recommend getting all your piercings done here 💕
