I see Grace for a sensitive skin eyebrow wax regularly and I recommend her to everyone! I have very sensitive skin and a bit of a droopy eye and she does an amazing job both looking after my skin reaction and balancing my eyebrows out so my eye droop is less obvious! She’s fantastic.

I am shocked and disappointed with this service. I treated my mum by booking an appointment to get her eyebrows waxed and tinted and her lip and chin which cost about $75, once mum came out I was horrified with the result. One side looked good and the other side was completely botched. I don’t usually do reviews just take it as it is and go to a different place but nearly a month later and my mums eyebrows have not grown back, it looks like a huge chunk was just taken off and I feel really bad that I recommended this service to her. Please think twice before getting your eyebrows done here.

Grace was amazing! So so happy with my eyebrows she did everything right and checked with me every time she did something I can not talk highly enough of her, such a lovely girl too highly recommend

I’ve been coming here for around 4 years. Kelly regularly does my waxing, Bronson /henna brow. Friendly, efficient service, always bubbly & laughing. She always remembers what I like: colour & shape of brows, how I like my waxing, etc. She always remembers what we talked about last visit (even if a few weeks later) & asks how it’s going. I’ve sometimes had to go to another salon if last minute appointments not available & never been as good. Great service ladies, thankyou.

The worker called Jazz today had no consideration or patience for my daughter. she pierced my daughter's ear who is only 5 before she was ready. However, management did at least call to rectify the best they could and gave me a credit to the amount of the cost to get my daughter's ears pierced and says that more training will be provided for this employee. So it was a bad situation but managed correctly.

I got my ear piercing done at essential beauty in belmont on the weekend, and couldn't thank the girls enough! They where all so lovely and helpful and iv ended up with great jewellery from the amazing selection that they had definitely recommend them!

I’ve been getting full brazillian waxing for years and recently moved to Australia and this place is local to me so thought I’d come here. I first visited a couple of months ago for full Braz and eyebrow wax and it was okay apart from the girl asking so many irrelevant personal questions and missing a big patch in my Braz , Brows were good . Returned again today for the same service but booked with another lady , brows perfect but the technique was a bit off for me with the Braz, I’m no trained professional of course and I do have thick course hair also so I’m only comparing to previous waxing experiences I’ve had. The wax was so sticky and didn’t even feel warm on my skin and she was quite rough slamming the strips down on me also there’s a whole patch in-between that was missed ( I know probably should have brought this up at the time) I’ve never been so tender swollen and sore after like can’t walk properly without feeling all bruised or something but Im sure it will feel better tomorrow once the swelling a redness has had time to go down. This could totally be my fault maybe I got the wrong wax service or something? so I’m not mad was happy to pay and the pricing is reasonable , just probably won’t be returning again. customer service was still really nice they were friendly and welcoming.
