got my septum done yesterday as a late birthday present and had the most welcoming experience! kit, who was my piercer, and other person who booked me (long black hair with a lot of cool silver face piercings) - didn’t get their name, but very sweet! - in for the appointment were beyond lovely and so friendly! as my first facial piercing experience, both employees were so so lovely and amazing at explaining the entire process to me and answering any questions i had. kit was amazing at explaining everything and the entire process of the piercing itself was almost entirely painless and done extremely well! i’m so so so happy and in love with my piercing, i’ll definitely be coming back in the future, all the staff were friendly and super sweet, wonderful experience and beautiful staff ♡

I’ve had such an amazing with the piercer Finn (I’m pretty sure is their name!) at this store multiple times and I’m always so happy with the results. I have gotten three piercings there with them and they’ve all turned out perfectly straight, they always take so much time and patience into making sure the placement is perfect, making sure it was in a safe space but also where I would prefer it to be. They even got second opinions multiple times from another piercer to make sure everyone agreed it was straight before piercing - which is a level of care I’ve never experienced before! Even afterwards, my central labret hasn’t had a single issue healing and even though it’s only been a couple of days, my bridge and eyebrow piercings don’t hurt one bit, and literally already look healed bc of how gentle and careful Finn is - no irritation at all, which I didn’t even know was possible. I’ve never left a review somewhere before but Finn definitely deserves it, thank you for your awesome work!

I had my nose pierced by Cheryse, she did an exceptional job. The environment was very inviting and the staff were extremely friendly. Will be coming back for sure.

A month or two ago i got my double vertical helix pierced at SkinKandy, i was a little skeptical at first due to mixed reviews i had seen but my piercing has been healing great so far. The piercer i had was Finn, and she was extremely kind and patient, i felt pretty comfortable getting this piercing which i’d say is kind of rare for me. Would go again 🙂

Beautiful shop @SkinKandy Carousel shopping centre. The girls are so very helpful and friendly. Today was a sad day for our whanau (family) my brother left the earth on his new journey. The girls at Skin Kandy Carousel will look after you for all your piercing needs.

My go-to place to get piercings. Convenient location, easy to find, spacious, clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Staff are the best part of the place by far! Kind, professional, friendly and helpful. Especially the lovely person who did my piercings and her supervisor. Today I went in for my appointment to get my tongue, bridge and angel fangs pierced. After a quick anatomy check I was unfortunately unable to get my tongue pierced but the staff maintained their kind, professional and polite attitude and explained in detail exactly why it wasn’t able to be done. I can’t thank them enough for their support and patience with me. When it came to getting my bridge pierced, I was offered the option to have a staff member who is training to get their credentials to be able to pierce bridges, for half price (this was obviously supervised by someone on staff who already possessed the credentials). They did an amazing job on all 3 of my piercings, especially the bridge, considering my anatomy and extra long lashes not making it easy. So of course I needed a selfie as their amazing work deserves to be appreciated!! Thank you again to the staff at Skin Kandy Carousel!! After a hellish few weeks I wanted to treat myself, so I greatly appreciate you all for making the entire experience as amazing as possible. I love my new piercings and look forward to going back!
