Angel Body Jewellery and Piercing Carousel

Very happy with the service we received. My son being a fainter wanted his ears pierced. I was a bit hesident about getting it done but Natasha was great with him and knew exactly how to handle the situation. First time he didn't faint during a needle and I believe it was because of the care and patience Natasha had. It was a positive experience.

Went into the store for a question on a navel piercing, the girl was really polite and explained to wait a little bit longer for the downsize time. I came back a week later when it was at the 3 month mark. For the navel and a nose piercing and was told by another worker that they don’t do smaller bars for the navel and they couldn’t do it rather just have a clean and a look. I understood that and waited the 45 minutes I was asked to. When it was finally that time, the young French worker was really rough with the changeover to the point where it was bleeding. I do understand that this can happen but it’s now swelled now to a point where I’m a little worried about it going over the piercing, as well I had to wipe once again for blood. The part about the navel piercing was also completely ignored. Which in a way I’m happy it was cause I would not have wanted such tough treatment on a piercing I wanted to have downsized cause of issues with it being snagged. 20 minutes later I went to Skin Kandy across the shopping centre and the treatment was 1000 times better. She was polite and took me in for it almost immediately and I didn’t even feel her do it. It’s upsetting that this has happened as my family members have had all their piercings done by Natasha at this store and never had a problem.

I visited the studio today to have my nipple piercings changed for the very first time, and I was honestly a bit nervous about it. I wasn’t sure what to expect and felt a little anxious beforehand. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I was first assisted by a lovely staff member who was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Unfortunately, I don’t remember any of the names, but I still want to express my sincere thanks to everyone who helped me. The jewelry change itself was done by another piercer, a woman with red hair. She was absolutely amazing. She was extremely friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The whole process didn’t hurt at all — I didn’t even feel that she was doing anything! I was so surprised at how smooth and painless it was. On top of that, we had such great conversations, which really helped calm my nerves. I truly felt taken care of the entire time. Thank you again to the whole team for such a wonderful experience. If I lived here, I would absolutely come back without hesitation. I can highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming experience.

Maddy was great, made me feel very comfortable. Process of the piercing and after care explained really well. Actual piercing was precise in placement and as comfortable as a piercing can be. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased jewellery from this store and returned shortly after for an exchange, which was honoured. During the exchange, the sales assistant selected the replacement item and placed it directly into the bag, so I did not have the opportunity to properly inspect it. Upon opening the bag, I noticed that the item was defective. I understand the policy that items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened for hygiene reasons. However, the jewellery was unused, and I returned to the store within an hour to request an exchange for a non-defective piece and unfortunately, my request was declined. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience, as I have previously heard positive things about the store and had paid extra during the initial exchange. Safe to say that this will be my first and last shopping experience with Angel Body Jewellery and Piercing. If you’re looking to purchase jewellery on the spot, I’d recommend requesting to see the exact piece so that you can assess its quality and don’t get caught out like me! Pricey lesson learnt!

Got my lobes done here a while back and returned today to get my second lobes done. Liam was so kind and professional and guided me through the process, being very thorough about the placing and ensuring I was happy before going ahead. I tend to get blood sugar drops and ended up becoming faint, Liam got me cold water and juice and set me up in an empty studio with a fan to recuperate and gave me all the time I needed. Such friendly and helpful service, would always come back for my piercings In future! Thankyou Liam and the Cannington team ☺️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my nose pierced a couple of months ago at another studio in Carousel, and after kissing my boyfriend, my stud got caught in his nose ring and partially ripped out — there was blood and everything, super painful! I went back to the original studio because the plate inside my nose was no longer visible and the outside part was sticking out quite far. The piercer just told me to "put saline on it and she’ll be alright," but my gut told me something wasn’t right. I was really worried the plate would grow into my skin. So I went to Angel Piercing at Carousel for a second opinion, and thank goodness I did! Sha was incredible — she did what the other piercer should have done in the first place. She carefully checked my nose inside and out with a torch and immediately saw it needed fixing. Even though it was still tender, she spent half an hour troubleshooting it and fitted me with a longer bar. I barely felt a thing! If you want a professional piercing studio that truly cares about their clients and provides proper aftercare, go to Angels at Carousel. I won’t go anywhere else now. 10 stars to Sha! 🌟
