Yesterday, my 4-year-old daughter and my 12-month-old niece had their ears pierced for the very first time, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mia was our main piercer, with Rosie assisting as the second operator, and they were both absolutely wonderful. Mia was kind, caring and reassuring throughout the entire process. She immediately put both myself and my sister-in-law at ease, making what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel fun and exciting. My daughter was so excited, and Mia knew exactly how to engage with her, helping her feel calm, confident and involved every step of the way. The aftercare was just as impressive. Mia was patient and attentive, explaining everything clearly and knowing exactly what to say to comfort my daughter afterwards. The two lollipops at the end were the perfect finishing touch! My niece's piercing was naturally a very different experience given she is only 12 months old, but Mia was just as attentive, calm and efficient. Rosie was a fantastic assistant throughout, and together they worked seamlessly as a team. Thank you, Mia and Rosie, for making such an important milestone such a positive and memorable experience for our families. We highly recommend you to anyone considering ear piercings for their little ones.

I had such a great experience getting my helix piercing done by Jane today. She is incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to carefully measure and explain the best placement for each piercing. Her attention to detail and precision really gave me confidence that everything would be perfectly balanced and suited to my ears. What i liked most was the genuine advice Jane gave throughout rather than just agreeing with what I initially wanted. The final result turned out even better than I imagined. The whole experience was professional, comfortable and stress-free. I had such a lovely experience with Mia at SkinKandy Parramatta. I walked in yesterday to book two piercings, and from the start she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. When I came in for my appointment this morning, she was so warm, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel completely comfortable and reassured throughout the whole process. She was also incredibly gentle when piercing my ears, which made the experience even better. I truly can’t thank her enough, she is such a beautiful soul. I even asked if I could give her a hug because of how lovely she was, and she kindly accepted. Thank you so much, Mia, for your amazing service. I highly recommend her!

Olive and Mia were very professional and did an excellent job in taking care of our young one's ear piercing. There were no tears whatsoever and the overall experience was very good. One small tip though is to visit the store in advance and choose the jewellery and studs you prefer to avoid any logistics issues. Otherwise it's a great place.

I attended the SkinKandy Parramatta and was served by Charlie. I had my surface bars done and was quite nervous going in, especially with a fear of needles and having had these piercings previously. Charlie is always my go-to piercer and she always does an amazing job. She took the time to make sure I was 100% comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. She talked me through everything in great detail and made the experience so much easier than I expected. Her professionalism was absolutely top tier. I had a great experience overall — the pricing was very reasonable, and she was incredibly kind and welcoming. She worked quickly while still paying close attention to detail. I really appreciated all the recommendations and suggestions she gave, they were thoughtful and turned out beautifully. I am so happy with the result and would highly recommend making an appointment with her.

Thank you so much Rosie for the delightful experience, we had our 5 year old son piercing done on 29th May 2026 and were so worried how are we going to make it but it was done so smoothly and efficiently. My son didn't even notice he had piercing done. I am extremely happy about the customer service and experience, definitely recommend service.
