Best experience ever! Cindy is the best! shes gentle shes kind and soft. I had my 2 piercings done. not so bad at all. I was expecting the worst pain. but because of Cindys reassurance. It went so well. Thank you a lot

Extremely disappointed! Took my baby for her first piercing but it’s not worth it. 1. One of the staff is extremely rude when we arrived and got upset at us for asking a recommendation. 2. Expensive for a faulty earring! We were told that it is safest to get the flat back as it is screwed well which we did, we were willing to spend for our baby’s safety and smooth experience but then one of the earring fell after only few days! And now causing extra stress trying to look for it as it is a choking hazard! 3. The piercing is so uneven! One is going inward and one outward. Ridiculous! Your service involves a tiny human, please handle and do it with care even if it is checking if your items are faulty or not!

Took my 3 year old daughter to Essential Beauty for ear piercing today and had a really great experience. The staff were so friendly and patient, and made us both feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend to other parents 😊

- did a nose piercing here, staff was nice - its about $72 and theres only one option for a stud as its the standard and after 6-8 weeks it can be changed to whatever jewellery. - pain 9/10 , was painful but after a minute it was done and i was fine - very quick procedure took less than 5 mins - i went with cindy she was really sweet

Got my daughter’s ears pierced here at 8 months and am really happy with the experience. Staff were great, aftercare is easy. Baby hasnt had any problems since!
