Off Ya Tree

Had a great time at Off Ya Tree yesterday. Came in for piercing jewellery purchase + installation, left feeling excited and affirmed in myself. The staff member at the counter was an absolute legend; helpful, knowledgeable, and straightforward. They made this complete noob feel confident in their purchase. Noc, the piercer, was lovely: accommodating, warm, and reassuring. My septum had tightened over time, which made installation tricky, but they talked me through every step. I felt like I was in safe, skilled hands the entire time. Thank you both. I’ll be back 🙂

Amaizng service! Staff were extremely friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. I went in for a helix piecing and am very happy with the results. Was told I would have to wait a bit but was served very quickly. Overall amazing experience, will be back!

I got four piercings over a month here. Dealt with four different people, two of them did the piercing. All friendly, genuine and professional. Least painful work I've had done, perfect placement and they're all healing up nicely. Very happy. Thanks legends. 🤘🧡🤘

Lovely team and super helpful if anything goes wrong during healing. New piercing kept having issues with bleeding so i went in to show them; they were happy to switch it out for a bar to help it heal at no charge and it has been much better since. Sorry i didn't get your names but thank you pink hair girl with the cool eyebrows and the girl with the head tat and undercut!

Have been coming to this location for a year or so, every single time i've been welcomed with a smile. the gals working here are so easy to talk with and feel comfortable around. very clean and professional with their procedures, they clearly take pride in training and they're always willing to answer questions and they answer well. i would 100% reccommend coming here over any other piercing joint. love y'all xo.

What an absolutely awesome, refreshing piercing experience! Both my daughter (eyebrow) and I (conch & helix) decided to indulge and get pierced. After a through consult and guidance on how best to look after our new bling, Anne was a rockstar with a flawless piercing experience. We are planning our next ones already! 💜💜💜💜💜
