Recently got seconds in my lobes and two helixes pierced at Skin Kandy Logan, and had an awesome experience. Taylor was so patient, gave me a say in the order of piercing, provided awesome care advice, and looked after me when I was woozy on by the third piercing - that lollypop was a lifesaver! Thank you so much Taylor for a great experience. They are all healing up nicely so I'll be back for thirds and jewelry changes soon!

I took my daughter who is 8months old to the store today. We were running late so I called to confirm a time. We were pushed back 1hr which suited better. When arriving we were greeted and informed of the processes, forms and choices. Our appoint was on time. Taylor and Bambam were very0hd friendly and made the piercing process easy. We are happy with the services and would come again

We recently visited Skin Candy for an ear piercing, and Jared looked after us throughout the process. His passion for his work and genuine care for his clients were truly wonderful to witness. It was, by far, one of the best experiences we've had. Jared was incredibly informative, gentle, and provided exceptional customer service, making us feel comfortable and well supported from start to finish. I would 100% recommend booking with him at the Hyperdome store.

We’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences at Loganholm store. Every staff member we’ve spoken to has been amazing. One day six of us came in for piercings and all the staff were officiant and incredibly professional. They even had some relaxed banter. They’re great at reading situations and adapting to customer needs and concerns. It’s hard to choose a favourite because all the staff have been fantastic. I’d like to recognise Bam Bam for her calming nature and encouragement with myself and my daughter on Saturday 28th February. Absolutely appalling experience. Don't waste your time or money. We booked in advance and waited 30+ minutes while the two young staff members let their friends walk in from the shopping centre, get pierced ahead of us, and leave without paying! When it was finally our turn, a needle was used without our consent — we specifically asked for a spring-free cartridge and were told we'd have the choice, but didn't. No numbing cream was offered either. Whether it was incompetence or a way to recoup the cost of the freebies they handed out, it's not okay. The jewellery selection was nothing like what's advertised online, and we chose the cheapest option available — yet were charged $140 each after being quoted $80 for two piercings online and over the phone. Nearly double, with no explanation or apology. Were told we were required to book another appointment for $15 6 weeks later because it was "company policy" to have the earring backs "shortened". What a joke. Misleading pricing, no informed consent, and zero professionalism from the inexperienced staff. Avoid.

Brit and Leila were awesome! Brit helped me out with the specials and jewelry. Super friendly and professional . Leila did the piercings for me. She was quick, reassuring and just cool chica 😎 I highly recommend going here. I got my tragus and daith done 🖤

Needed help changing my healed piercing & she was so friendly & welcoming. Changed my piercing so gently that i didn’t even feel it. Unfortunately im not too sure of her name but she mentioned she is the assistant manager & had red/pink hair 🥰 thank youu !
