I had such a fantastic experience at Essential Beauty! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Their customer service is truly top-notch — they take the time to listen and make sure you’re happy every step of the way. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service you receive. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism, affordability, and such a warm atmosphere. A special mention to Stacey in management, who truly goes above and beyond. The care and attention she shows makes the whole experience feel so personal — it’s honestly more like catching up with a friend than just receiving a service. That kind of genuine connection is rare and makes such a difference. I was a model for Cassey. She had done my labret(lip), industrial, Daith and belly button. Shes an amazing and confident piercer. Made sure i was comfortable and happy with positioning of all my piercings. I highly recommend receiving piercings from her.

The BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. 10/10 recommend i was supposed to go Skin Kandy instead but i 100% thank god i went to Essential Beauty because the lady gave me the best experience ever! Super sweet made me so comfortable and relaxed me because i felt so scared and nervous to the point i was shaking for my navel piercing but she calmed me down so much and was so precise and sweet. she made my belly piercing so straight and perfect took extra time to make sure i liked it and then she was very reassuring with the actual piercing time. I AM coming back no doubt. 0/10 pain as well! The best experience

27/06 Came in with my toddler to get his ears pierced and the lovely lady was amazing! She worked on building a relationship straightaway with our little one so he was comfortable. She did really well however our little guy was not ready and she didn’t push forward. Exceptional service. Will be back when the little man is ready 🙂 Thank you lovely.

Went in for a pair of earrings and walked out with the most amazing curated ear! Thank you Kasey! You were so patient while I chose my jewellery and the service was so quick and efficient. I will be back for sure!

Stacey is great person when it comes to piercings unlike these 2 other girls that worked on the 6th of June , they gave me jewellery that was 4 sizes to big for my ear , and i went back and Stacy gave me the correct jewellery size for my ear , Stacey is honest and doesn’t rip you off like those girls who gave me the most expensive jewellery and for the wrong size , if you need someone who is honest and doesn’t rip you off go to Stacy. i have had an amazing experience when getting pierced by Stacey she is so lovely and is so patient when she is training the trainees when they are practicing .

i did my helix and daith piercing with Laura T and Kasey and kasey did an amazing ear curate my ears which i love them i highly recommend the staffs here they are amazing with everything they do they put quality time and quality guid through every treatment they do 😊
