Whilst I love the team here at whitfords, i was quite upset when i went in 2 weeks ago raising concerns about my nose piercing. It was incredibly infected, consistently bleeding and probably the biggest irritation bump i have ever seen. I had asked if i could get it removed, all approaches were very sweet but they had instead of getting it out, got me to buy a $30 spray which actually made the bump worse a week later. I'm upset about wasting money when i knew i needed it out because of the excruciating pain i was in. I was to scared to go back in after a week because they told me to wait 2 weeks so i went to another store. I think for future taking customers requests sometimes would be nice, even though you are the professional.

Had an amazing experince with this crew from whitfords last week i got a few peircings in my lip, in one sitting and they asked if the apprentice could do them, I said absolutely go for it, she did amazing 👏 I was so impressed and pleased with her gentle, yet efficient peircing technique, the qualified peircer was in the room the whole time, we had a few laughs, great customer service and good vibes all around, and the apprentice she absolutely smashed it! they are healing perfectly, im super stoked! Thank you whitfords skin kandy 10/10 🙌

Went in to get the jewelry in my triple helix swapped and downsized and Richie was super helpful and attentive! Painless experience and careful with my more tender piercings, super easy and quick 🖤

I went in to get my stubborn rook changed and Richie was incredibly helpful, gentle, and patient with my stuck jewellery. Love the new jewellery he suggested as well. I will definitely be back to be pierced by him.

I got my septum and second lobes done here and couldn't fault them one bit. The girls are absolutely lovely- understanding, patient, gentle. When the navel piercing I got elsewhere became inflamed I went to them and they changed the bar for me. I would absolutely 100% recommend the ladies at SK 🙂
