I have gotten my thirds, eyebrow, belly and nose done at SkinKandy Joondalup and each time I have had a wonderful experience so easy and quick, as well as professional. Shoutout to the manager Niki she such a sweetie and didn’t even charge me for my thirds as they fell out and wasn’t sure if they closed up or not. I recommend this place for everyone to get piercings if you don’t want to get ripped off :)))

We had a fantastic experience here on Saturday! My daughter had her ears pierced, and I can’t thank the two staff members enough for their kindness. They were incredibly professional and put my daughter right at ease. A special thank you to the artist who performed the piercing—you made a nervous moment a very happy memory. Thanks again!

I got an industrial done today and the person that did it was amazing. They were very polite, kind, patient and not judgemental at all. I have a history of fainting and feeling funny after a piercing and they were attentive to my needs and not rushing me out. They gave me water, a vomit bag and a lollipop to stabilise me. After about 25 minutes I felt good again. Perfect placement and fantastic service from this person, I would definitely recommend this place if you want to have high quality piercers. (Thank you so much to the pink haired person with blue peircings, I didn't catch your name but you were a gem and so patient with me!)

Hi, I love coming here too as I get spoilt and have a great time talking to the staff. I will be going soon to get another piercing in my nose as I think it looks cute especially for a 74 year old duck!!! Love buying the piercings on line as there's more lovely choices. Thumbs up for everyone.

We took our 5 year old to get her first ear piercing for her birthday and had the most amazing experience! The lovely lady was so patient as we searched for our IDs and made the whole thing a really positive and fun experience for little miss 5! Can not recommend this place enough, the most friendly staff and clean environment plus a really nice range of jewellery to pick from. Everyone had such a great experience yesterday. I went to SkinKandy Joondalup about a month ago to get a navel piercing and it was such an amazing experience, I got it done by a lovely lady named Hailey and she was very professional. Hailey answered all my questions and was straight to the point. Extremely good service!!

Terrible chain. I went there during the weekend for a jewellery change on my conch piercing, and they put in a piece of jewellery with a bar that was far too short. After only two hours, I started experiencing unbearable pain and my ear became extremely swollen. I went back and asked if they could replace it with a properly fitting piece of jewellery, but instead I was told to go to the hospital… Thanks to them, what should have been a simple jewellery change turned into pain and completely ruined my weekend.
