JAS and the staff at the counter were all amazing. Efficient and helpful I walked in and was accommodated at short note. Jas was professional and knowledgeable I did ear piercing on both ears and was treated with care and respect. The whole experience was excellent I can’t rate them high enough you feel a sense of warmth the minute you are welcomed to the store. Thank you so much Jas and team. Mary

The ladies that work at hair house Miranda were amazing. My 10 year old got her ears pierced and was super nervous. The lady out the front with bright pink hair (sorry don’t know her name) was so good at reassuring her and making her feel calm and like a superstar. The piercer Indi was very professional, friendly and patient. Highly recommend.

I always go to miranda to do my hair and piercings. It will be my last time. Ella was not a good piercer. No customer service. i was cheated when i was charged similar to Skinkandy rate. Greedy people. Don’t recommend them to anyone. Long term customers are not appreciated. i come from so far away and i am extremely disappointed with this. i won’t be going back ever. no point coming from penshurst to throw money away for poor service

Had an amazing piercing experience with Jas!! She gives you honest and informed guidance on piercing positions, and makes you feel so comfortable and supported. She is super kind, and knows her stuff!! Would totally recommend her 🙂 Also have cute jewellery options

I saw Emma this afternoon for a basin treatment and cut. Emma was so welcoming, kind and helpful and made my treatment a great experience. I’m so happy with how my hair is feeling and I can’t say thank-you enough..

If I could leave the store 10 stars I would, but since Google only has a five star option I’ll settle with that. Nada at Hairhouse Miranda was absolutely fantastic. I went in looking for a hair straightener for my wife, and Nada was incredibly professional and helpful the whole way through. She asked all the right questions about my wife’s hair, what she’d be using it for, and what kind of result she wanted, which made it so much easier for me to choose the right one. You can tell she really knows her stuff, and she took the time to make sure I wasn’t just guessing. I came in not really knowing what I was looking for, and walked out feeling confident I’d bought the right thing. Best part is, my wife was so happy with what I came home with.

Came in before closing and the girls were so so so kind. I believe her name was Christine or Kristen she helped me pick a piercing and changed the jewellery without any pain. I was extremely happy and so comfortable which is so important when it comes to piercing and piercing changes. I appreciate it so much!!
