Black Cat Piercing

I had such a wonderful experience bringing my 7-year-old in to have her piercing fixed. Cat was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring—exactly what you hope for when a child is feeling a bit nervous. She took the time to explain everything in a gentle, age-appropriate way and never rushed the process. The level of patience and care shown was truly exceptional. It’s not always easy working with children, especially in situations like this, but she handled it with such professionalism and warmth. I’m so grateful for how positive the experience turned out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to other parents. Thank you again for your kindness and expertise Cat—it really meant a lot to both of us.
