Ivy Ink

I am so happy with my new little artwork from the girls at Ivy Ink. I have had 2 special pieces done this year with both girls and a piercing. Sophie, Amber and Aja are all so friendly, kind and do amazing work! Thank you for making my mum feel so comfortable for our matching mother day hearts. I can’t wait for more!

I had a lovely experience with Sophie yesterday. She is very talented and was very patient as we were picking the perfect placement for our tattoos. Highly recommend and will be back 💗

Horrible experience by Sophie, Tattoos faded after 1 week and now 2 weeks later there barley visible as pictured below. Also not offering any money back or paying for someone else to touch them up as we live away.

I had such a wonderful experience with Amber. She was so friendly and very calm throughout the process. The final product was even better than I expected with the detail and fine line being perfect. I’ve already had multiple people asking about where I got it done and I will always recommend Ivy Ink. Even though Amber is an apprentice, I felt like she had so much experience and did not make me question anything. She was amazing!!

I had a terrible experience here last week, not only did I get a poor quality tattoo from Sophie, but after 15 mins of me having point out many parts of the stencilled picture and eventually on my phone, she hadn't done and her trying to fix it by doing it by sight, this is the best she could do... after telling her how unhappy I was and it didnt look anything like the picture she said 'that's a shame' there was no cream or wrapping applied when she finished and she proceeded to charge me full price!! She was so rude!! In a follow up email with my daughter she blamed me, my picture choice and the procedure.. so unprofessional.. And I will be getting it removed asap and done by a skilled tattoo artist

I have never experienced such poor service. Within an hour of leaving my appointment, I had already booked a tattoo removal consultation due to how unhappy I was with the result. I received a tattoo from Sophie and, throughout the appointment, she was dismissive of any questions or corrections I raised about how the tattoo was turning out. I did not feel listened to or supported during the process. I left the studio in tears because I was so unhappy with the outcome. When I contacted the studio afterwards to express my concerns, the response I received was extremely disappointing. I was essentially told "tough luck" and that it wasn’t their responsibility. This experience has been upsetting and unprofessional from start to finish. I expected far better communication, care, and accountability.
