Minamoto Tattoo

The Minamoto Tattoo studio is super welcoming and has a really cool traditional Japanese art theme. The studio is so welcoming, and so are the artists. My artist - Sean - is an absolute gem and so incredibly talented, and he has always been incredibly intentional about ensuring I - as his client - am super comfortable. I highly recommend Minamoto Tattoo!

I got a cover up tattoo yesterday by Jai. The shop is pretty chilled out and Jai took his time when doing the stencil and placement, making sure I was happy with it. He had an open mind and listened to my needs for the tattoo. Jai came accross as a talented and humble artist who was easy to work with and valued the people he tattooed. Tattoos are a ritual for me and the vibe of the shop and artists was open and positive. Everyone one was in tune when I was there, even old mate getting tattooed by the owner Nick. I will get tattooed their again. All the best Jai. Cheers.

Highly recommend these guys! Sat with Josh today and what an absolute legend! I asked so many questions and we talked about alot of stuff during the sitting. All the guys came over to check out the progress and all so very friendly and you could feel the connection between the artists. Definitely going back

Got me first ever tattoo here ! Decided to go with a full sleeve. Nick was awesome , he nailed the design I wanted. Couldn't be more happy with how it has turned out. Super friendly and chill shop and crew. If your thinking of getting a tattoo this is the the place 👌

I just had my first session of my full sleeve with Nicky and I couldn’t be happier! He hand-drew an incredible dragon design directly onto my arm, and the level of detail and creativity blew me away. His line work is super clean!

Followed Rick through three tattoo shops so far and he has been great at all of them. Great communication before, during and after tattoos and has worked with me to make custom designs exactly what I want. Minamoto tattoo is clean, comfortable and welcoming and always a bit of fun. From one of Rick’s first tattoo clients as an apprentice to now almost having my whole leg done by him, it has been a pleasure to see him improve in every aspect and become a great artist.
