Strictly Tattoo Studio

Incredible studio and meticulous artists. The studio itself is clinically clean. They even provide slippers for you when you come in and bathroom slippers to make sure there is no cross contamination. Attention to detail is very prominent. My brother and I personally got work done by Horitsugu. Very kind and patient artist who has a tireless work ethic. My favourite part is that while he’s working he doesn’t fill the space with small talk. He works quietly and diligently allowing you to immerse yourself in the struggle of the process. If you’re looking to get traditional Japanese art I couldn’t recommend the place any higher I’d give it 20 stars if I could.

First tattoo for me (ever) with Horitsugu, experience was overall excellent. For me the artistry is an absolute stand out. Start to finish everything was easy and comfortable, studio is meticulously clean. A great first experience and an excellent tattoo. Thank you Strictly Tattoo

Great place. Really well maintained and clean, so you can tell the artists take their jobs and hygiene extremely seriously. They're also quite friendly and very easy to get along with which made the whole experience much easier. Strictly Tattoo Studio are a small team focused mainly on Japanese tattoos. I went in there for a snake on my leg and my mind was blown by the amount of different designs they've got hanging around their studio. You can tell just how much care and effort they've put into each drawing. The location is also pretty convenient. Just off Chapel St. so there are lots of bars and food joints close by, and also a Prahan train station which is only a couple of minutes walk away. All in all, it's a place with real friendly people who put a lot of effort into some pretty incredible designs. Will most likely go back once I've saved up enough again.

Great client - great tattooist - wonderful crew. Highly recommend visiting these awesome ink artists.

Amazing artwork and artists , Horitsugu puts a huge amount of talent and effort into every tattoo. Very friendly studio, Excellent hygiene. Can't wait to go back for more!!

Visiting Melbourne, and had been following the team on instagram. Had a design drawn for me in their Japanese style, the guys were very patient and made sure to get the design 100% to what I love, and loved the perfectionist attitude that I share. Great attention to detail, friendly team, and a meticulously clean studio. Highly recommend.

A great studio to say the least. Been 3 times and plan to go back in the future. The tattoo artist there are friendly and great at what they do. Anyone that is interested in Japanese style tattoos this is a place I highly recommend you visit . 5/5 keep up the great works boys.
