True Addiction Tattoo & Body Piercing

Originally walked in for a piercing and got such good energy from the shop that I ended up coming back for a tattoo I'd been thinking about for a while. Colin is great, very funny guy and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. I was so impressed with his line work! The quality of his work says a lot about his experience and talent.

I had the most amazing experience getting my first tattoo with Colin and the team. I was extremely nervous , and Colin did not disappoint. He talked me through the whole thing and we had a good laugh, he also redid the stencil as many times as I wanted, until it was perfect. As well as the impeccable service before and after, I was given biscuits, tea, chips and lollies. I can’t express how wonderful this experience was and how pleased I am with the tattoo itself. Thank you so much. I love you!!

Booked my tattoo within 3hrs and he did an amazing job. No words to explain it. Amazing customer service. Love it. Thanks heaps and I’ll definitely recommend this place. If I get my second tattoo, I’m going back for sure!!!

Terrible Experience! Would NOT Recommend!! I didn’t want to leave a negative public review, but after trying to resolve this privately and receiving no follow-up, I feel it’s important to share my experience. The tattoo I received was vastly different from the reference image I provided. I was very clear that I wanted thin, fine line work, but the final result was much thicker and bolder than requested. Because of this, I’m now facing laser removal at a cost of around $1,500. After the tattoo, I reached out privately via email, explained my concerns respectfully, and attached comparison photos showing the reference vs. the finished tattoo. I did this specifically to avoid leaving a public review and to see if some kind of solution could be offered, but I never heard back from the owner, despite being told the email would be passed on. I believe this situation could have been avoided with clearer communication before starting the tattoo, particularly around line thickness for minimalist/fine-line designs. A final check-in before tattooing would go a long way toward preventing outcomes like this. I’m disappointed not just with the tattoo itself, but with the lack of follow-up after making a genuine effort to resolve things privately.

Walked in and got an ear piercing a few weeks ago from here and was seen straight away. I think the guy who runs this place did my piercing and he was a great guy, vibes were high, and just had a nice time which made it a relaxing and comfortable experience. He also explained in details the aftercare methods and was an all round awesome guy! Wish i could go back for more!

I had my ears pierced here a few months ago and my partner and I got new tattoos here last weekend. The piercing experience was great and super professional. Couldn't be happier with the service here. Very professional and kind, they helped us design our tattoos into exactly what we wanted and the tattoos look great. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! Photos taken directly after getting them with secondskin on.

Came in for a walk in tattoo and was absolutely amazed by the quality of customer service and skill of the staff. Leo did such a great job on mine and has brought my confidence back to get more as my last 2 tattoos from other shops came out terrible. Thank you sooo much. Has healed so fast, Ill be back in asap for more
