Had a really great experience at Removery. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt welcoming and professional. Court was my aesthetician and she was fantastic. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout the appointment, and made the whole process feel really comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes the time to do things properly. Anna at the front desk was also super lovely. She greeted me straight away, helped with my booking, and made everything really easy. Overall the clinic is clean, organised, and the team is just really friendly. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and smooth. Definitely recommend Removery if you’re thinking about getting treatment done.

I’ve been coming to Removery Sydney for quite some time now, and I couldn't be happier with the journey. From day one, the service has been absolutely top-notch, the team is professional, friendly, and they really know their stuff. I’m currently mid-treatment, and the results are honestly impressive. Walking into tattoo removal is never exactly a "treat yourself" kind of outing… and yes, it hurts, no way around that. But the team here genuinely makes it as good an experience as it can possibly be. The staff are incredibly friendly and really know their stuff. DONT USE THIS COMPANY - I Visited the clinic 2 weeks ago and paid a deposit of $700 for a removal, booked the appointment for the week later. Within an hour of leaving the clinic I informed them I hadn’t had time to properly consider and felt pressured into paying the deposit and asked for a refund. I’ve now followed up 3 times via email and attempted calls but they continue to ignore me.

Genuinely the best service experience I’ve had in a long time. Did the full removal package and couldn’t be happier. The process has been straightforward from start to finish, the first consult set the tone perfectly: no pressure, no fluff, just clear information and an easy booking process. The results have been better than I expected, and for the price point, there’s nothing comparable. Would recommend without hesitation.
