My friend and I booked nipple piercings today at Industrial Strength, and I just wanted to say how amazing this studio and its staff are. Every single person there was helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel so much less stressful. Larissa was incredibly professional and gentle. The piercing was over so quickly, with hardly any discomfort at all. The studio itself was immaculately clean and had so much character — it really felt like a place with a story to tell. I had both daughters get their ears pierced here when they turned 8 years old. Both times were done by Jake on a Saturday. He's so incredibly patient and kind. I booked the appointment online. The instructions are clear to bring required ID with you when piercing a minor. It's important to read these thoroughly before committing to an appointment time. We waited an hour past our appointment time as he had a 10 year old girl who took 1.5hrs to get her ears done. Rather than stressing out the child, he was very patient with her. We didn't mind waiting for our turn as my daughter was super excited to get hers done. When Jake took us upstairs into the piercing room, the whole process took less than 15 minutes to get her ears done. She giggled and smiled the whole time. Jake was great and I had one very happy customer. He was really thorough in explaining how to keep the piercings clean. The earrings chosen were titanium balls with screw backs. They are the basic earring and I highly recommend these - they don't catch on clothing or stick in the back of the head when lying down.

Brynn pierced my nostril and second conch and made the whole experience so easy and relaxed. She explained everything clearly, checked in throughout, and had such a calm, friendly vibe that immediately put me at ease.
