From the outside, this is a tiny, unassuming shop tucked away in an arcade in Manly, so I’ll admit I was a little hesitant about bringing my 7-year-old daughter here to have her ears pierced. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Sunny was absolutely amazing. She was calm, caring, patient and incredibly professional from start to finish. My daughter was very anxious about the pain, but Sunny made her feel completely at ease. By the end, it was such a special experience that I asked to take a photo of Sunny with my daughter. My daughter walked out beaming and declared it "the best day of my life!" Thank you, Sunny, for making what could have been a scary experience into such a wonderful memory. I’ll definitely be back to have my own ears pierced.

I had the absolute best experience at Ouchie, I went in knowing I wanted my helix and third on one side (to even out my ears) plus an extra piercing, I was not sure what I wanted and I was given amazing advice and options by Sunny. She’s so incredible at what she does and explained everything super well, talking me through what I’m open to, what I want to potentially get in the future and what works the best with my ear anatomy! I’ll definitely be coming back, can’t recommend enough!!

I had my nose pierced by Sunny at Ouchie. Everything went well I'm so happy with how it looks. One month after I had it pierced, the stud came out in the shower. I dropped into the studio and Sunny reinserted it for me free of charge (and painlessly!) She is so kind and professional and the studio is beautifully clean

Sunny is amazing! I went to get my belly button re-pierced and she helped me to find out it was still open and just needed a helping hand to get the jewellery back in. She was super professional and so sweet. She also pierced my friends belly button and helped her find suitable jewellery for her lifestyle. The whole process was quick and easy and she made us feel super safe! Highly recommend 🙂
