i could have and should have reviewed for the previous 2 times i went here but this place is great, and i cannot recommend more for ppl looking for piercings !! i've gotten my ears, tongue and navel done here, all by sam, and i love all of them to pieces. the service is incredible, especially sam who has been so kind to me and everyone in the store, very friendly and talkative in the best way :> even small issues where a booking wasn't logged for a downsizing was completely fine and i was able to go in the next day no issues thanks to the kind staff. i look forward to coming here in the future both to get more piercings and shop for jewellery

I received THE best customer service today. From the minute I walked in to the minute I left. Had my helix and 3rd lobe done by Taylah. So professional, knowledgeable and just the sweetest person. Explained everything one could ever need to know about piercings from choices to prices to hygiene. Barely felt a thing either time! Will definitely go back should I ever want more piercings.

I waited over an hour to have a piercing changed. I was advised it would be 15/30 min wait which was ok. Zero communication by the staff member on the floor. I said I had to go due to my parking metre expiring & no response from the staff member. I watched this staff member interact (I use that term very loosely!) & very little was given by her. Other staff member was lovely but maybe make sure you employ a people person! I have had a few piercing done here but I’ll be going elsewhere.

Got my back dermals done today. Great service, very sweet and kind customer service. Super happy. Sam served me, answered all my questions and made sure i was completely comfortable throughout the whole process. Love it. Thanks!

Such a good experience at Skin Kandy!! I went to get my helix done, and was pierced by Feebie who made it a lot more calming and quick. She was really lovely and easy going, such a queen and the perfect person to be working there. Will definitely be coming back for other piercings 😊

On Saturday I got my tongue pierced, I said I was happy with it at the time as I just wanted to get out of their but after two days of having it and processing things I am really un happy with the service I received! The girl who pierced me had the clamp slip of half way through pushing the needle through, which hurt so much, and I have had my tongue pierced twice before and never experienced it like that. I understand that Skin Kandy like it to be pierced back further then other places but to me mine is way too far back and when I got home and had a good look it was still further back then the marked spot obviously due to the slip of the clamp. I was told the if I had issues with the ball on the bottom as I apparently don't actually have the right anatomy for a tounge peircing that I could have a flat back on the bottom but to me that does not seem like a very good thing at all, and now the ball on the bottom is causing the bottom of my tounge to ache.

Best piercer I have even been to. Not only was Sam lovely and friendly, they were extremely knowledgeable on aftercare and any questions I had regarding my piercings. Would 100% go back!
