Such a refreshing experience at Bayside Skin Kandy. Booked online for my 7 year old to get her ears pierced (Double Operator). The process was easy and I received a booking confirmation shortly after. We arrived on the day to a super organised and very thorough process. Very professional and Tayla was fantastic. She explained everything thoroughly and was just so lovely with my daughter the whole time. She made her feel totally at ease. Double Operator for ear piercing was quick and easy. Tayla and Emma knew what they were doing, were very professional and very nice too! Received my tax receipt in my email soon after. Awesome from start to finish! Keep up the great work guys 🙂

Had a piercing done yesterday. It was an excellent experience considering I was pretty nervous. Even though I didn’t have an appointment and the store was busy, the girls still fit me in. Aria did my piercing and she was so professional but at the same time super friendly and make me feel very comfortable. There was no rush and she spent a lot of time making sure I was happy with the result and giving a lot of aftercare advice. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

I have had 5 piercings completed here in the last 5 months and every time has been a pleasant and smooth process. The team here are very well trained and knowledgeable and from what I could gather from chatting with them, they go through quite a stringent process to be checked off on piercings. This shows in the quality of their work. My helix and both my nose piercings were done by John. Katelyn pierced my smiley and forward helix. After following the aftercare instructions that were provided to me verbally and on paper all piercings have healed well. I highly recommend this team and store.

I had to get my nose repeirced and I also wanted a conch piercing too. This was only my second time being peirced by a cannula, so I was afraid that it would hurt. But the man doing the piercing made me feel comfortable. In fact everyone in the new Karingal store made me feel at ease. Being told to eat prior to the appointment and having something to drink too, was really an excellent. Sanitary conditions throughout the store. I had a little problem with bleeding while I was getting my nose done. Then the piercing wouldn't go in, so he did something and it worked. So, they are really well versed in what to do in different situations. But there wasn't any rush and he helped me. I wish that I had gotten his name. I would recommend Skin Kandy to anyone looking to get a piercing for the first time or being someone who has lot's of peircing.

Best place ever! I can't speak highly enough of the experience they provide, the professionalism and how nothing is too much trouble. We have had 3 piercings over 3 months. They have cleaned and fixed earrings for us twice -happily and at at no charge - and were so accommodating. Fabulous value. A special thank you to Kaitlyn for her patience and wonderful care! Love this place! (If only all shopping experiences were this good!!)

Had an amazing experience with Skinkandy. The staff were super friendly, professional, and nice. The piercing rooms are kept extremely clean the staff have huge attention to detail in cleanliness. Their advice is great. Piercings were quick and done really well. 3 days in and my piercings are feeling great. Will definitely be going back to these guys for future piercings.

I had my septum pierced for the second time, it was my first time at SkinKandy. They were really helpful, very efficient and clean. They explained that my previous septum had been pierced in the wrong place which is why I was in so much pain the first time. This time, it was as easy as any other piercing and I had no problems. The staff were really friendly, and the prices are amazing. I cannot wait to go back and get more piercings done, I don’t think I’ve ever felt more comfortable with a piercer as I had with this team.
