Bec was very professional, talented at her work and attentive to her client. I got 4 piercings in total and I’m so happy with all of them. I felt involved in the process of choosing jewellery and placement, Bec was also really patient if I wasn’t sure, always happy to answer my questions and help me make the right choice for me. She made me feel so comfortable, explained all processes and made sure I was okay throughout the multiple piercings. For someone who is very nervous around needles it was a great experience. Bec also has such a warm, helpful, bubbly personality, making me feel so at ease. I cannot recommend her enough. I will be going back to see Bec for all future piercings. I’m so impressed!

I just wanted to share how grateful I am for the incredible service we received at Skin Kandy Coffs Harbour. We came in quite worried when my daughter’s ear piercing had become swollen and needed to be changed, and the staff member (Kirralee) who helped us was absolutely amazing. She was so caring, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to be gentle and reassuring, making sure my daughter felt as comfortable as possible and didn’t experience any additional pain or distress. It was clear she genuinely cared, and that level of compassion made a stressful situation so much easier for both of us. Thank you for going above and beyond!! It truly means a lot. Had an amazing experience at Skinkandy today 😊 Kirralee was very gentle, patient and professional. She helped redo my closed 2nd and 3rd piercings on my right ear and also added new 2nd and 3rd piercings on my left ear. Everything looks neat and it’s not even hurting now ✨ They also gave me a cleaning spray and explained the aftercare clearly. Highly recommend Skinkandy and thank you so much Kirralee 💕

do not recommend at all! the manager is a horrible person. i went in to have my rook RE PIERCED and was told i don't have the anatomy for it despite there being an existing hole?? i sucked it up and got a conch piercing instead and didn't make a fuss. i then sat, watched and listened to the same manager berate her apprentice with some of the cruel things I've heard in a workplace. "sorry she's so useless", she made comments about what i was wearing and how i did my hair that were not implied nicely. every friend that has visited this shop has had the same complaint of the manager with red hair ruining their experience. she needs to be fired and the staff clearly have some skill issues with every second review being "they said i didn't have the right anatomy and got it done somewhere else the next day"... perhaps said manager is not training staff properly??

Highly recommend! Got my septum pierced by Bec and she was so accommodating, I had my little one with me so she made sure to get me in and out without the bullshit but was still super focused and took lots of care! Went back to have the jewellery changed and she picked out the cutest ring for me 😍 My nose is naturally crooked but she managed to get the piercing perfect! She understood what I wanted and helped me achieve that. 100% will be back. Have been pierced by other peircers in the area and no one compares, these guys know what they’re doing! All the other staff were other super lovely to me even though they weren’t piercing me!

Best piercing experience ever they were amazing. Jacinta did my piercings with so much care and kindness she is the best! I felt dizzy after and she layed me down, got me a sugar drink and lollipops while her colleague fanned me. These beautiful people made me feel very safe and secure. Thank you
