I’ve had a few tattoos done over 30 years and recently had one done here. Big thanks to Duane and his team for outstanding old school service and a beautifully crafted tattoo. Highly recommend.

MADDISON MACK the best tattoo artist in Cairns by far. She cares and is an absolute force! My daughter & I flew home from Brisbane to see family in NQ and decided to get a tattoo. Well more than one! Unbelievable service & care all the way! I was fussy who did my 19 yo daughters tattoos as I had mine done by the best when I was young(Duane Cash). We booked in confidently with Maddie and even compared to Brisbane artist all I can say is - Maddie did amazing work with "fine line" tattoo art. Thank you Maddie for looking after us and you will be the one to trust for our next tattoo. Highly recommend Maddie. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Two happy customers - Annie & Maddie
