The studio itself was spotless and welcoming, immediately putting us both at ease. Sterling’s extensive knowledge, gained from what I learnt was over a decade of professional body piercing, was evident in every step of the process. He provided clear, easy-to-follow aftercare instructions, and what stood out most was the time he took to ensure my daughter understood the importance of proper care, not just me as the parent. That personal attention meant a lot. Even though I don’t have any piercings myself, Sterling’s advice on choosing appropriate jewelry for long-term, everyday wear was straightforward and made complete sense. We’ll absolutely be returning, not just for future piercings, but also to explore the store’s stunning collection of safe, beautifully designed jewelry.

Came here to get my forward helix done. I was so nervous, but Sterling was so nice and made me feel really comfortable. He was really professional, the place felt clean, and they had sooooo much pretty gold and gem (rare and not plated crap) jewellery that I ended up spending twice as much as I'd intended to but I just couldn't help myself. You can just tell this is a high quality establishment comparatively to other places. Definitely recommend.
