zero stars- I received three piercings from natures wisdom (on two seperate occasions about a week apart from each other), and two of the three are incredibly crooked and will likely need to be removed and re-pierced. I got a second helix that now points in a completely different direction than my first one (which was perfectly straight and had no issues healing unlike the crooked one) as-well as a conch which looks to be placed correctly from the front however, on the back of my ear the bar is a millimetre away from touching my neck. on-top of this, my friend also got her helix done at the same time and it is just as crooked as mine which suggests the piercer makes that mistake frequently, would also like to add it was the same piercer on both occasions. incredibly disappointing considering i spent $180 only to end up in immense pain with piercings that all need to be taken out.

Booked in for a piercing online, shop was closed for renovations and we were not told or informed and, had drove an hour for the appointment. Thankfully Nikita at Cosmetics plus was amazing and received a 5 star review from us.

I got my nose pierced from here about 2 weeks ago and my nose is super infected, I had to take the jewellery out because it was full of puss and I have a huge bump in my nose now that is super infected, I had my nose pierced prior but was taken out a few months ago and never had a problem with it, also my first time getting a piercing from here.

Absolutely amazing skilled workers. Nevaeh has done almost all of my piercings, all of which were placed perfectly and healed perfectly. Despite being a trainee, Lila also did an amazing job on my partners piercing. Between the amazing customer service and friendly, comfortable vibe the workers bring, I would recommend this store 1000 times over.

Took my son to get a piercing Sunday, while the piercing is fine, I highly recommend the young girl piercing learn some customer service skills. She was extremely off putting. No hello. No conversation at all. A quick "I’m about to pierce now" rundown. Once done and my son was sitting there, she said " it’s done, you can go now" No after care instructions given. Disappointing as I’ve been a huge fan of Natures Wisdom for many years. Edited: the piercing is not fine. The bar is way too short and there hasn’t been any room for swelling. I will now need to take my son elsewhere to get the bar changed, I am Not comfortable bringing him back in and I won’t be coming back or recommending here again.

I had an incredible tarot reading with Sarah—she was spot on with everything! Her insights were not only accurate but also deeply resonated with me. I was truly amazed by her gift. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her next time I'm in Townsville. Highly recommend!

Absolutely disappointed & disgusted. This use to be the best and most trusted place to get piercing done once. 2 different occasions I have been and my piercings have been done incorrectly. Most recently went, was told 5 minute wait which was more 30 minutes. My piercing is on an angle & I’ve been informed from another piercing place it needs to be removed. Only to then find out I had an apprentice who did it, meanwhile I was never informed she was when I made the booking.
